Named in honor of Alan Turing, the godfather of personal computing and artificial intelligence, Turing is the next evolution of the RiskWell advisory team. He was built with the belief that every client deserves expert-level guidance, no matter how or when they need it. James and the human RiskWell team provide ongoing training and calibrating for Turing. His capabilities will regularly evolve and provide real value to RiskWell clients. The first step we're building currently is a chat tool that will be deployed on every page of this website.
When a current or future client needs answers at midnight or just wants to understand what they're actually covered for, Turing is there. He takes the conversation seriously, and when it's time to bring in a human advisor, he knows it and will actively make the connection AND pass along everything you share with him to avoid duplicate entry and wasted time.
