During Analyze, we gather all of the nuts and bolts and details we need, then we crunch the numbers and generate insight that will help us make accurate and relevant recommendations later.

Control: This phase is the one most likely to be skipped by our competition. It's also the phase most likely to bring you a big win for long-term cost control and stability.
