The roofing industry can be an incredibly competitive and sometimes unpleasant place to run a business. The work of being a roofer means endless days of strenuous manual labor, lots of hours traveling to and from jobsites and the emotional toll of your customer typically trying to recover from a serious loss to their property.
From an insurance and risk management perspective, roofing contractors have very unique needs and risk exposures. There are many different types of roofers, with varying specialties and incredibly diverse workforces. Over the last few years, our RiskWell team has slowly developed a strong affinity for serving roofing contractors. We now have the privilege of insuring almost 50 roofing contractors across four different states.

This month we have taken two steps to demonstrate our commitment to the roofing industry here in DFW and in Texas as a whole. RiskWell has joined both the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association and the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas as an associate member. We are very proud to partner with these top shelf organizations to serve their members, educate roofers on risk management best practices and help improve our communities as a whole.
